Possibilities to travel
There are som possibilities to travel to Hungary. You can travel by car, by airplane or by train. We will explaine those ways to travel, with some practical tips.
Graboc lies about 1500 km of Utrecht (the Netherlands), that is almost the same with the distance to Barcelona (Spain).  You can drive this distance in one day when you leave early from Holland. Of course it is also to drive this distance in a day or two, and spend the night near to the border Germany/Austria or just cross the border of Hungary. Please take notice of the fact that you need a vignette to drive on the Hungarian highways ( M1, M3, M5 en M7), You can buy this vignette at the toll company, the gas stations, post offices and ATRH (transportation company). Now days you can be checked electronically, The vine for driving without a vignette is very expensive en can go up to 100.000 Forint (about 45o euro's).
Car
From London or Amsterdam the airlines MALEV, Sky Europe, British Airways and KLM fly to the airport Budapest. From Amsterdam the flight to Budapest takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
At the airport of Budapest you can change money or take money (ATMs). When you choose to travel by airplane it is wise to rent a car. You can find all the big car rental companies and the local ones at the airport. When you travel by care to Graboc, it wil take you about 2 hours drive.
Airplane
From Amsterdam there is a possibility to travel to Budapest by train. From Amsterdam the tickets will cost about 200 euro (information at HI speed, or NS International).
Everyday there is a night train which goes through Vienna (Austria) to Budapest. From Budapest you can reach most of the Hungarian cities.
The comforts of those trains are not like the UK or the Netherlands, but the last years the changes are very positive. When you travel by fast train or express trains you have to pay a surcharge and when you are traveling by international trains of intercity trains you also have to pay a surcharge.
